FAQs
This is the frequently asked questions section, which you reach from the link in our main navigation. The FAQs page lists all of them - there are quite a few, and we're always adding more as people come up with new questions or interests. They're categorized, so if you're interested in specific topics you can use the filter to drill down, or if you know exactly what you want, type it into the search bar. To read an answer, just click or tap the question and it reveals the content there.
We also link related content on the FAQs. A lot of the time a FAQ is meant to be a succinct question and answer, but frequently there's a lot more context around it - so we link related content and related media, like the video for our documents overview lesson. You'll also see access-restriction icons: some FAQs we restrict to members or to people who've confirmed their email address, so we know they're a real person.
Each FAQ also has its own individual page. It uses the familiar layout - the related media, how it's classified, and the comments. So if you have a question on one, ask it right there and it goes into the community forum, where we'll respond. That's it - simple and straightforward, just like you'd expect it to be.
