Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

All donations and any other transactions for downloadable materials are non-refundable. Donating and receiving the software or files as a gift implies the loss of the right of withdrawal due to the fact that the user can download the items and it is impossible to fully return a downloaded version of the Software.

The items on our site, including but not limited to the membership itself, are received as a gift for your donation. No refunds are available except for limited circumstances to be determined by the membership administration. Donations for events may have a unique refund policy that supersedes this general policy; in these cases the policy will be included with other information about the event. The House of Markus Fellowship reserves the right to deny or authorize a full or partial refund.

Cancellation Policy

Membership

Membership dues/recurring donation cancellation is unrestricted and may be cancelled at any time by the Member without notice to the Association. Member agrees to login to their account on the membership website and cancel their membership through our easy cancellation process. Member may also send a support ticket at any time requesting assistance in cancelling their membership. Our support system includes instructions for canceling your membership. Upon cancellation, access to members-only areas of the website will immediately be revoked, and is removed as a member.

Events

Registration for events can be canceled for a full refund up to one month before the event. Due to expenses for the event being based on the number of registrants one month prior to the event, registrations for an event that occur with less than one month before the event are non-refundable.

We do offer limited support to our members on all of our offerings. Our support does not include legal, tax, or professional advice on how to use our offerings. The main mechanism of support is the education that we provide and the knowledgebase building in our community forum. We do not offer support on any of our offerings to non-members.

Personal Information Entered Into the Document Generation System

The House of Markus Fellowship uses a proprietary Document Generation System (DGS) for member convenience and the benefit of generating documents the members might choose to use. The DGS 'form' is where members enter their personal information to populate the document in the DGS. The House of Markus Fellowship does not share this information with anyone except the administrative support team in such cases as there may be to help a member through their individual document generating process. The House of Markus Fellowship does not and will not ever require social security number information to be entered into the DGS forms. The information entered in the DGS form is only for each individual member to see and use to the exclusion of everyone else for privacy. No other person outside our selected support staff has access to the information. The high level protection of this information is in large part due to our website being custom built and our web engineer being a member. We have built a system that is completely customized on a framework and is not exposed to the same risks of public content management systems or plugins. Privacy and security are some of our highest priorities.
