POA/DOS
THE BACKBONE OF CAPACITY
Video Length: 1:32
This POA and DOA course is to help members with questions about the Power of Attorney and Declaration of Status and to go through some of the details of the documents themselves.
The Power of Attorney and Declaration of Status is our backbone of capacity, which means we don’t have capacity as a natural man or woman and we don’t have the capacity to administrate our own estate, or the estate, because it’s not been declared. There are presumptions of law and presumptions of law need to be rebutted. And the way we do that is be declaring it.
We first start off with the Power of Attorney which gives us the power of the estate as the attorney in fact, as the General Executor agent. Then we declare our relationship to the commercial side of things, the natural side of things, the natural law, God, all of that is in these documents.
So this course is designed to walk people through the different pieces so that they have a better understanding of what’s actually in the document and what it’s actually doing.

This course is for understanding the principles of the Power of Attorney (POA) and Declaration of Status, Property and Obligation (DOS). The documents used are designed to clarify proper authority over our legal fiction person estate and to declare certain facts thereby establishing capacity in relation to our status, property and obligation.
Whether we are native (born), naturalized or have dual citizenship in a country, the governments are essentially administrating our estates and moving them around the different military district posts known as countries. Whenever we take up residence in a new country, we apply for citizen-ship. The ship, or vessel, is our legal fiction person by which all commerce is done.
In this course, the student will learn the basics of establishing interest in the vessel used to do commerce with the global government municipal corporations. This is the first step to returning our status as heirs and heiresses to the kingdom of heaven; womankind and mankind with inalienable rights as creditors and peaceful neighbors to all nations.
