The House of Markus Fellowship School of Law
The House of Markus Fellowship School of Law Course is a series of lessons created by founders Robert Michael and Jude Alfred. The lessons in this course are designed to educate members how to use private side substance of law with the public side processes and procedures. These lessons are derived from years of application of both private and public law through Robert and Jude's experiences.
Jude Alfred has practiced law as a lawyer for 24 years in various types of settings including large fortune 10 companies as well as his own practice.
Robert Michael brings his 13 years of self-study and experience with various courts across a wide range of legal situations to prove theories as fact.
Together they make a powerful team applying legal concepts most, if not all, attorneys and online self-taught freedom fighters would never attempt. It is their combined knowledge and experience that make their work truly unique and they wish to pass that to all the members through the lessons in this course. We hope all member benefit greatly from these works!
Lessons
This Lesson is about the IRAC method of legal writing. All the legal systems of the world use this method of writing which is an efficient and precise way to bring the reader to an immediate affirmative conclusion. We believe most freedom lovers writing and submitting their own paperwork to courts, gov. agencies, corporations, etc. do not get great results because the recipients are trained in this type of writing and do not understand what they sender is trying to convey. When they receive a stack of affidavits, case law, statute citations and so on, they do not know what the issue, rule, analysis and conclusion actually is in law for them to act upon it.
