This seminar focuses on a wide range of topics that Robert Michael uses in his legal approach to all matters of law. It is designed to give the attendee a general overview of the system.

This seminar is part of the Awakened Law Seminar Series. Robert will go further into detail why the POA/DOS is important and what the elements are that make it powerful. He will also be teaching the Church, UA, Trust structure and educating attendees as to why it is a powerful and protected organization arrangement.

This Lesson is about the IRAC method of legal writing. All the legal systems of the world use this method of writing which is an efficient and precise way to bring the reader to an immediate affirmative conclusion. We believe most freedom lovers writing and submitting their own paperwork to courts, gov. agencies, corporations, etc. do not get great results because the recipients are trained in this type of writing and do not understand what they sender is trying to convey. When they receive a stack of affidavits, case law, statute citations and so on, they do not know what the issue, rule, analysis and conclusion actually is in law for them to act upon it.

This lesson focuses on Exhibit A to the Declaration of Status, Property and Obligation. This document clarifies our position as one who has received the birth certificate for value in the commercial realm.

We have just uploaded a PDF copy of the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act in the HoMF Library (scroll to the bottom). The Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is an act that is uniform in all the states. This act explains how unclaimed property (such as the securities created out of the birth estate) left abandoned will revert to the state.

This course is for understanding the principles of the Power of Attorney (POA) and Declaration of Status, Property and Obligation (DOS). The documents used are designed to clarify proper authority over our legal fiction person estate and to declare certain facts thereby establishing capacity in relation to our status, property and obligation.
