Thank you for starting here. When people come to the House of Markus Fellowship website, there's so much information, there's so much here, that people don't know where to start. We didn't really have a coherent place up until now, which now is February of 2024. We've put so much information up here and we'll continue to put information up here to build out this learning center that we didn't have clear and focused directives until now.

So we want to guide our members into, Where should they start? What should they do? But first, let's just go over a few things about membership. The House of Markus Fellowship is an unincorporated, non profit association without centralized management, meaning there's no president, there's no secretary, it is very much that all the team has their own authority to do certain things, but yet we come together and we discuss everything and have meetings.

There is a trust that holds everything for the membership and actually does the business for the membership and manages it. So there's monthly contribution and we do sell some documents, if you will, and things like that, but no profit inners to any one owner or shareholder. Nobody owns this membership.

I don't own it. Nobody owns it. That's also, again, there's no centralized ownership. There's no centralized management. And what we want to guide members towards are our Courses, Articles, Library, our Forum, and Document Templates. All of those will be tied together in each step of the way through everything that we do, and we'll explain that here in the next couple of slides.

Okay, beginners. We know there's a lot of beginners out there. We were all beginners at one point. I was a beginner a little over 15 years ago. So you may be just getting started with no experience. If you are, you may be going through what I call the phases of awakening. There's the fear phase where we start to awaken and realize, Oh my gosh, I'm being taken advantage of.

I have no rights. These people can do whatever they want to me and my family. Then there's overwhelm. Look at all this information. Everybody's telling me to do this, do that, study this, study that. And then there's emergency. These are all the different feelings we go through. The emergency is oh, I've got to get this stuff done now.

I don't care. Somebody just give me a document, anything that's going to protect me. And that never works. Then there's the absorption of the information. After we go through that and we fail and we see those types of things failing, we finally start to absorb the information and then we can begin to utilize it correctly.

So we hope to shorten all that for you if you're a beginner by giving you the hard line facts. We've been through all of the straw man stuff, all the admiralty, trust, equity, Debt discharge, all that stuff. And a lot of it is really harmful when you have no idea what the substance behind it is and how the law actually works.

So. Our courses and lessons are here to guide you through that. So the House of Markus Fellowship hopes to provide a safe place for learning where we're not giving you ungrounded theory and pushing you into some direction. We don't do any of that. We allow you to make all your own choices. We just guide you through the education.

So it's a journey, not a sprint. So we want all of our members to start with the courses and lessons. This course will also be built out with more lessons as you see. And if they're not up yet, they soon will be. So Brian our webmaster will walk you through the entire website as he has built it because he has built this from code from scratch and it's an amazing website and we really are just so honored to bring it to you to serve you with it.

So our goals here are pretty, pretty basic, right? It's knowledge, knowledge, knowledge. That is the most important goal. We have to have knowledge. My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. Hosea 4. 6 says that. This was a prophecy, if you will. But, not only a prophecy, but it's been happening to humanity for thousands of years.

When humans lack knowledge, they suffer. They suffer more than any other creature. So we want to learn to operate by applying concepts in daily life. Alright, we want to learn to operate by applying the concepts we learn here in our daily lives. That's a goal. We want to remove the fears and have a change of lifestyle.

A lot of this is fear of the unknown. If you're feeling fear about the system and the government and all this stuff, it's simply because you don't know how it all operates. So once you start to learn how it operates and you begin to actually have experiences using the information, and you start to see what types of results you're getting, whether they're good or bad results, it doesn't matter.

You're gaining confidence. So, to gain experience, using the knowledge is another goal, alright? And as a result, we get wisdom. So, wisdom is the result. So, these are our goals going forward. Just keep that in mind. Give yourself a break. Be easy on yourself and move at your own pace. So the crux of this website is our courses and lessons.

Everything is going to be tied, if it's not already, if you're watching this a year or two down the road from this video, it's probably tied together, but. As we're making this video, we're in the process of tying all these things together. So our courses and lessons are designed to be a guide for more in depth learning, even though they're basic.

Our courses and lessons are designed to be basic, and then all the resources that we give you in the related content at the bottom of the lesson to the side with the sidebar and all the FAQs and external links and all that is designed for you to get more in depth on your own using the basic fundamental knowledge that we've given you about the subject.

Okay, so these courses and lessons will most likely be ongoing over time. We will continue to build them out as we see necessary. And again, at the time of making this video in February of 2025, we do not have them fully built out yet, but we are working on that, and you will see them evolve over time, and there will be articles, there will be notices and things like that that go out and say, hey, there's a new lesson or a new course here.

Most likely it'll be new lessons, not necessarily new courses. We'll just keep adding lessons to the courses. All the relevant internal info will be linked. So when I say internal, I mean all the stuff that's out on our site that relates to the lesson or the course will all be linked. So you won't have to search the website to find everything because we're going to link it as much as we can.

All in one place in one lesson. So, what will be linked internally will be facts, the FAQs, library, the video and PDFs. Our library is a video library and a document library, which means PDF document library. Articles, we will actually have articles linked, and any documents that we offer the membership that could be used to give notice, or for trusts, or anything like that, we will offer and link right to the lessons.

Now, we may not offer our trust, our UA, Trust UA documents or our UA documents or our church documents or anything like that anymore. We used to, but we've gotten ripped off, so we're not doing that. But, we will have other documents that we do want our members to have that will be useful and we will offer those to the members.

And definitely they're not a remedy type document. It's all about building records. And I've said that for years and you'll understand that as we move forward. So courses and lessons is where we start. That's the hub of everything. That's where we're going to find everything in one place. And then we can venture out into the site and look things up as we feel it’s necessary for us at our pace.

So some more on the courses and lessons, there will be transcripts of each lesson and that will be included in the text under the lesson. There will be external links that are included in the text itself so that you can click on them and it'll take you off the site to a resource where you can learn more about what it is we are teaching.

First, It's generally designed to get members started. That means that's what the courses and lessons are all about. So the first thing that these courses are for is generally designed to get you started understanding the subject that we're teaching. These are not in depth lessons that dive into a bunch of law and a bunch of code and all of that.

We want you to use all the resources to do that yourself, because then you will internalize it. You will internalize it. And that's why we have the forum to talk about these things, to ask questions, as we're studying. And other members can chime in and work with each other. The second purpose of the courses and lessons is to continue learning, to put their knowledge to use.

So the members are to continue learning to put the knowledge to use. So the knowledge of the courses and lessons can be used once you really, really understand it and feel confident with it. You can use this in everyday life, and again, that goes back to our goals of changing our lifestyle and learning how to operate.

So our main courses, as we said, this is the first one, which is Start Here, where you have this intro video, and then you will also have Brian walking you through the website and how it works. There'll be different lessons on that. He will teach you how to use this website so you can get optimal use out of it.

This website is amazing. It's built from scratch. It's not built from a platform. We didn't purchase it somewhere and build it from some platform. Brian has put thousands and thousands and thousands of hours in, literally coding every piece of this website. It is 100 percent custom and it is highly protective.

We have withstood many, many attacks. I think one day it was something like 600 and Brian figured out why it was getting attacked that much and that cut, and he cut that down to only a few a day. So, We definitely do not get hacked, we've withstood 600 hack attempts, both bot and human and hybrid. So, we have a very secure website.

So, to start here, Brian will teach you all about the website. Fundamentals is basically the fundamentals of law that we're using for all of our unincorporated organization stuff. The legal name talks about, what is the legal name? We hear all this stuff about straw man and all these different things.

Cestui que vie trust. And in 15 years, I've used a lot of that stuff, and a lot of it is no good. Okay. It doesn't work. Now, sometimes it works when you're dealing with corporations or agencies one on one, but if you get into a courtroom, they're gonna just tread all over you using this stuff because they want to immediately call you sovereign citizen.

So, I've designed what I know to be the absolute facts and the fundamentals will get you started on what those absolute facts are to give you a good grounding going forward. The legal name, we'll talk all about the legal name to give you a good grounding going forward. Then we're going to move into trust.

We want people to have a base understanding of trust because ultimately we're going to get to common law trust. And that's where, in my opinion, We should have all of our legal name property and everything in a common law business trust because essentially our legal name is nothing more than a business name for us to do business as a sole proprietor and we don't realize we're doing business whenever we go out and actually start dealing with government, dealing with anyone.

If there's any kind of transacting going on, we're doing business and we're acting as a sole proprietor. However, they've authorized us to do that and given us a legal identity, which is why the legal name is so important. So for me, I want to put all of that in my common law trust. Okay, and then some of the other courses we'll move into are the UA, which is an unincorporated association, and that's what people call a PMA.

We'll do the basics on that, and then we'll have a documents course that show what we include in our UA documents. Or, maybe not everything that's included in the documents, but pieces that if you're generating a UA yourself and you're creating the documents, you may want to put those pieces in there.

And you may want to think, Oh, I don't have that piece in there that needs to be in there because it's important. Same thing with the church trust UA, that's a model that we created. So it's called the 508 church model. Well, not even the 508 church model, but the 508 church Course, and we created the church and then we tied it together with a trust and a UA.

Okay, that's our model. However, we want to give you some of the fundamentals of what it takes to set up this unincorporated church from our experience and the way we set them up. Okay, again, very base, base knowledge here in these courses. Also, we have a documents course that will go through and tell you what is actually in the documents that we build out with our organizations.

So if you're building your own, you may want to say, Oh, well, I watched the documents course and you know, it was said that this was a good idea. I might want to include that in my documents. Then we have the how to. In the how to, we'll get into how do we mail things legally? What's good legal mailing?

[00:14:06] 

People want to know how to deal with police officers and stuff. I mean, that's pretty basic, honestly, it's really not that hard, you know? So the how to will be actual hands on stuff that we may not think of in everyday life. But if we just master these basic concepts, we'll be able to utilize these to our advantage and secure ourself even better.

Ourself, our property, our family. That's all the courses we offer here and we hope that you find them very enlightening and that they help you move in the direction you're looking to go to be more free. Mainly, we want you to remember: Processes are not the answer. There's a ton of people out there selling processes.

They're grifters. They will talk to you about all this magic that these documents do, and they're gonna set you free. They're gonna do this for you and that for you. But the guys who are really good at this are writing their own. They're not cut and pasting and selling you documents. They know that you must understand the substance of what it is in that document, or you will eventually fail and fall on your face.

We don't do that here. Processes are not the answer. Knowledge is. Reading is crucial. Everybody wants to watch YouTube or lessons and think they know something. When you're talking about legal stuff, there is no better place to get the facts than from the legal books. That is where you get the facts. You don't get the facts from someone on the internet interpreting them.

You may hear me interpret them. I try to interpret them the way the courts interpret it, for the most part, but I'm not perfect. You need to do your research and completely understand this information. But we always, always want to act with an honor and integrity. Always. That's just a basic spiritual principle.

When we act in honor and with integrity, we get a lot further in life because our energy is in the right place. So we treat fellow members with respect because we're all just simply here to learn. Alright? And we're here to create a better world. Both public and private. That's the whole point for me in my journey, is to just continue creating a better world, and whatever I do, as minute as it may be, or as large as it may be, that energy is going to ripple out into the universe and spread.
