Legal NAME
The Legal NAME is the most controversial topic on the internet and social media over the past 20 years and more so since the COVID Pandemic. It is said to be everything from a legal bond to the name of a dead placenta including such wild theories as a hidden government cestui que vie trusts with millions of dollars in it to an admiralty law of the sea controlled vessel. However, in 15 years of chasing all of these theories to find at least a shred of legal fact, we find that these theories are not provable in the the legal system. While there may be a small percentage of truth in them, and we mean very small, as to the origins of the legal system today, they are mostly confusing and unfounded as a source of substantial legal theory. This course is designed to give members the absolute black letter law facts of what a name and its registration certificate represent without all the wild sovereign citizen theory.

Overview - The Legal Name

All right, this is the Legal Name Course. This course is going to be focusing on everything legal name. The legal name is one of the most important things we're never taught about. There's so much confusion out there about it. There's all kinds of theories from the straw man to cestui que vie trust, just tons and tons of stuff.

You know that we're in Admiralty and all these different things. And while all of that may be somewhat true, it’s not applicable in the legal system. The legal system only recognizes what court cases it can rely on to have interpreted pieces of law or things about law, right? So they use the statutes and codes and court cases.

Those are two primary sources of law that they will use to determine something. That the system will use to determine something. So, instead of going on all these wild, wild theories, what I did over the years was really wanted to get to what is absolutely legally provable. Legal names are very important.

They're valuable. They're used for entities. They're not our given in family name. And the reason I want to really really drill down on this and get people started with this course, the lessons in this course, by the way, are pretty basic. They're pretty basic just as all of our courses. And we want to give you the basics and then have you drill down on it with a lot of the links and your own research so you can understand it for yourself. But what we're giving you here is absolute fact. Legal names are really really important and they're factual when you can break down court cases and things like that that show that a legal name does in fact exist.

It is not our given and family name. And when using a legal name we're operating as a business. It is our legal name that we own. It's valuable. It has value. So the whole idea here is to get your mind wrapped around all this because we want to move into trusts and the common law trust so that people can learn how to protect those legal names.
