I had a pretrial conference on Wednesday April 13th in Greensburg Kansas. One thing was clear, the courts in this country truly have issues as even their top administrators have no clue how to actually run them according to law.

We have just uploaded a PDF copy of the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act in the HoMF Library (scroll to the bottom). The Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is an act that is uniform in all the states. This act explains how unclaimed property (such as the securities created out of the birth estate) left abandoned will revert to the state.

We are now working on building out our document template pages to be more in depth with more offerings.
