What information cannot be shared under the NDA?
The House of Markus Fellowship NDA creates a binding agreement between members not to share sensitive information with anyone outside the membership. This includes: Family, Spouse, Friends, Employees, Coworkers, and any Non-member.
The information that cannot be shared under the NDA is:
- Documents including but not limited to:
- Videos: All videos on the website are proprietary and are not to be shared
- Verbiage, transcripts and content from: Website pages, Articles, Courses and Lessons, Newsletters, Videos, Transcripts, Community Forum Posts
- Information and Procedures including all those we create and/or those we might modify from other source templates to make them our own.
- Free society concepts and ideas created by, and specific to, the Unity of Divine Creation Ministry, House of Markus Fellowship and all other associated UA's and integrated auxiliaries
- Names, identities and any information of other members found on the website or in the community forum
