What information can I share under the NDA?
The House of Markus Fellowship NDA creates a binding agreement between members not to share sensitive information with anyone outside the membership. This includes: Family, Spouse, Friends, Employees, Coworkers, and any Non-member. Information that can be shared generally includes:
- Information generally known to the public that can be found on the internet
- General processes found elsewhere in the public and on the internet
- Research documents found in our documents library that are found on the internet or in public libraries
- Codes, statutes, laws, and legal theories known to the public
- General explanations of the private nature of the House of Markus Fellowship for the purpose of introducing non-members
- The General purpose of the HoMF being a group of private people of like-mind educating and enlightening one another to various concepts regarding our rights and freedoms
- All other information being shared in the general public that we may share here as well
The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by fines and federal imprisonment. No portion of our member and non-member website, documentation, video or other material may be published, duplicated, shared, or used by anyone other than the current members per the membership agreement.
