What form do I need to file with my employer to stop tax withholding?

There is no IRS form that will legally stop an employer from tax withholding. Theorists on social media and the internet pitch all kinds of dangerous processes using self-drafted, usually poorly cut and pasted, documents and gov. forms to push people to do what they think is legally or lawfully correct. We caution all members that are wanting to take such action as the consequences are not spoken of or treated by any of these theorists. As with most social media/internet theories and theorists, not paying income tax is made to sound easy and glorious without any consequences. While some may have such an experience, others may not.
