Is there a bond created when a baby is born?

This is one of the great patriot for profit claims that cannot be proved. Our immediate answer is no. It can be presumed and theorized that there is bond created but evidence and proof means a copy of the bond. Many theorize that the birth or naturalization certificate itself is a bond. Birth or naturalization certificates do not have the necessary characteristics of a legally binding bond which is why we say it cannot be proved. However, we do see where the theory can be implied and look plausible through legal doctrine. Legal doctrine is not law. To prove a legal fact in law, one needs substantial evidence presented to a trier of fact or government authenticated (certified) records that state clearly what the fact is. For example: A birth certificate states clearly that an event took place so it is a legal fact that the event took place. It does not state clearly that any financial events took place or that they will take place.
