How is the social security number and the ALL CAPS name related?

We have years of research and experience in application of such legal theories as the ALL CAP name theory. There is no legally provable significance to the style of a name being in ALL CAPS or not. Social Security is a public welfare (in its general sense) benefit. The number for the benefit account known as the Social Security Number (SSN) has become the root identifier for all things financial and identification. Theorists presume the ALL CAP spelling of a name signifies a separate entity from the SSN holder and they firmly believe the government has unbridled control over them due to the SSN identity. This theory has never been proven as a fact due to the lack of legal proof. Our members know the difference between legal fact and theory as they learn more about their human and legal rights in our community.
