Is our court systems maritime admiralty?

This is just a theory that does not have substantial evidence and legal facts to back it. This theory comes from researchers that use historical maritime/admiralty court examples to align them with modern court system operation. They make claims about the gold fringe flag being an admiralty/military flag yet no such military or admiralty law, manual, or historical custom exists to make that a fact. Maritime is law of the sea and typically includes merchant law when doing business on the seas. Merchant law is commercial law and some theorists claim that the government is in a business relationship with us. Admiralty is essentially military law on the sea and some theorists believe we are facing military tribunals not courts.

These legal theories are put together by gathering legal doctrine and historical facts but in law, a legal theory does not become a legal fact until it is proved by a preponderance of evidence, a court decision, or a law that directly authorizes the act claimed to be a legal fact. There is no legislative act, court case precedent, military manual, regulation or other fact of law that authorizes our courts to act as maritime/admiralty courts.
