In the past two webinars, Robert explained how birth registration creates a legal document created, owned, controlled and in 'custody' of the State. Without identifying as this civil registration, there is no 'legal person' for which the courts can recognize. Robert will review a 2020 UN Agenda titled "Implementation of the United Nations Legal Identity Agenda".
