This week’s ALL-MEMBER webinar will be held at 8:00 PM EST and will be an open member meet-and-greet and discussion centered on proper trust operation and administration. Using Robert’s custom General Trust Operations Manual as the framework, we will walk through the practical habits that keep a trust organized and defensible which includes confirming who actually has authority under the trust instrument, keeping trust and personal property separate, properly titling and transferring assets, using trust bank accounts, documenting material decisions with resolutions, maintaining books and records, handling beneficiary distributions, and building an annual administration routine. The manual is designed around a simple operating principles such as knowing who has authority, keeping trust property separate, documenting material decisions, and maintaining records so another person could reconstruct what happened years later.
All members are invited to participate in the discussion, share experiences, and ask questions live. Members may also pre-submit questions of any kind that they want answered during the webinar by creating a support ticket before the meeting; Robert will work through those questions live as part of the discussion. We can address trust operations, banking, property transfers, bookkeeping, resolutions, distributions, succession, recordkeeping, or any other member question that comes in. The goal is practical understanding of real title, real bank accounts, real records, real approvals, real bookkeeping, and clear separation from personal property.
