New Support System

Way back when we started working on our major overhaul for our content updates, we also had started working on a new and improved way to support our users. And, it's roll-out day!

Having a support system was a blessing for us because it has helped us manage the many requests that we have coming in from members and users that are interested in our content. However, the old system added complexity of another website to log into, another account and password to remember, and not just for the people requesting support but for our own staff having to cross-reference things.

The new support system allows guests to our website to request support from a content form right in our website. And for users that are logged in allows them to create tickets and manage their existing tickets right in their user account area. It also has an easier way for people to close and re-open their tickets if they need additional help.

Our old support system will remain up at the old url for people that have opened support tickets in that system that we still need to wrap up, but it will no longer accept new support requests.

Once we've had it up and running for a while, and receive some feedback, we will create a support tutorial if we think that it would be beneficial. If there are any issues during this migration period we've provided an email that users can use to contact us on the pages where one would request support.
